Hey everyone,
I realize that people have posted with regards to this error before as the search brought up a couple however, none of them seem to correlate with the issue that I am currently experiencing.
I am able to run each step of a batch file that contains steps to dump/copy/load.
I am NOT able to get this same batch to work through SQL Server Agent. The job completes however it gives the following error.
"The device is not ready. Process Exit Code 21. "
I confirmed that the database is completing all steps successfully. I have verified the data files, the data itself, and have confirmed it's clear of error after running DBCC check.
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
As always, thanks in advance for your help!
Steve

That resolution was chalked up to be a network issue. Credentials are as they are on the DRP server and it works fine on that side. I have confirmed all pathing in the batch file is referenced based on it's destination, local vs network.
Any thoughts?
Steve
