SSRS Matrix - How to get details to print next to each other?

  This is driving me crazy, and I feel like a dope because I can't figure out how to do this.

  My matrix report is printing as shown in attachment matrix1.png.

  What I want is what is shown in attachment matrix2.png.

  FWIW, attachment matrix_design.png shows the design layout.

  Anyone know how to achieve the what I want?

  I think you need to figure out a way to create a row Group as a child to employee name of the MddD field.
