How do I lock Queries?

You dont have to, SQL does it automatically for you.

what does locking queries mean to you?
preventing queries?
reuse the same queries?
encrypt queries or values?
you'll definitely have to explain, in much more detail, and preferable with an example query.

Could you perhaps be a little more specific about what you're trying to do?

Try typing your question in your native tongue and then use google translate to translate it to english. We are willing to help but we just don't know what the question is. 🙂
