I define a connected server and got the following error:
The thing name '[OXFORD\BA].master.dbo.Mirroring.Config' includes more than the maximum number of prefixes. The maximum is 3.
why ?

Prefix is maximum to 3 means the following : [ServerName].[DatabaseName].[SchemaName].[TableName]

you have an additional one in the following "[OXFORD\BA].master.dbo.Mirroring.Config".

I guess it should be [OXFORD\BA].master.dbo.[Mirroring.Config].
