Hi all,
I have a SQL Server cluster with 2 nodes and 5 instances of SQL Server 2008R2.
Is it possible to add instances of SQL Server 2012 to the same Cluster?
Have been googling and I find a lot about upgrading the existing 2008R2 instances to SQL Server 2012 but that's not what I want.
Any ideas whether this is possible?
thanks.
Kind Regards,
Vera

Windows 2008 R2 is a suitable platform for SQL Server 2012, my preference would be to run it Windows 2012 if possible.

Found my answer on MSDN
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143694.aspx
Work with Multiple Versions and Instances of SQL Server, section The following table shows side-by-side support for SQL Server 2012.
Thanks.
