I tried running "Grant drop table to user" thinking it would work the same as create table permission. Well not!! I would like to grant a drop any table permission to a user that will be dropping randomnly generated table names. What permission is this?
Thanks!

for a specific table, it's the ALTER permission; that obviously means they can add/drop columns as part of the table as well.
GRANT ALTER TABLE on dbo.TableName to MyUser
i belive if you created a table, since you are the owner, you can drop it as well. but tables created by other users would be off limits without additional permissions like above.
if you want to grant to all tables, you'll probably end up giving the user the built in role db_ddlAdmin
