How to get selected row values using sql query?

Do you want to copy them?
Either write a decent SQL query that retrieves only the values you need and then copy paste it.
Or copy paste everything to Excel and then delete what you don't need.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

Send your sql query that you are using and can help with getting values you want.

Looks like homework to me.
Start by explaining why you want the first row with the StudentID you've highlighted.
Then look up ROW_NUMBER() in MS Books on Line.
My thought question: Have you ever been told that your query runs too fast?
My advice:
INDEXing a poor-performing query is like putting sugar on cat food. Yeah, it probably tastes better but are you sure you want to eat it?
The path of least resistance can be a slippery slope. Take care that fixing your fixes of fixes doesn't snowball and end up costing you more than fixing the root cause would have in the first place.
