Backup database with file references.

    Hi,

    we have database with a references to files (for a big data, one row referenced to files of data size of over 100MB). We are looking for solution to full backup without blocking application, it will be work in backgroud. How to synchronize database backup with a referenced files. The user can add/modify/delete record in between times. Someone knows any solution for this problem?

    How about using FILESTREAM?

    It is for existing solution, we have file path in the table, we don't use FILESTREAM data type, unfortunately.
