Interview Question -help

  • Transaction has been killed and is in a very long rollback. Processes are being blocked. What do you do?

  • Wait. Because there's nothing else you can do.

    Search the forums on this site for several cases where people have been in that situation and see what some of them have done to make matters worse.

    Transaction has been killed and is in a very long rollback. Processes are being blocked. What do you do?

    Split up transactions in smaller chunks so that you don't have to wait that long when a transaction needs to roll back.
