Hi Friends,
Would you please tell me what is Open Source BI and how it is differ from other BI Tools(MSBI, SAP BI etc).
Currently I am working on MSBI and needs to work on Open source BI, So provide me any documents or Information about Open Source BI.

Have a look for open source BI projects like Pentaho, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentaho
Open source just means the software is free to use and modify.

The software is free to use in production but companies do come up with many money making initiatives such as a feature rich edition of the s/w, enterprise level support etc...
