SSRS Subscription - Which User Set it Up?

    Hi all,

    we have a generic login that we use to create all of our report subscriptions. There is a subscription which we want to delete however it is not listed against the generic login.

    Is there any way to find out which user's subscriptions it was created with?

    Use a login that has admin rights set for the Report Server and check the Subscription for the Report, the Owner is the login that created the Subscription

    Otherwise

    Find the subscription in the Subscriptions table in the ReportServer database

    use the OwnerID find the owner in the Users table

    Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.

    Also be aware that should an owner be deleted in AD, it can cause issues with subscriptions.

    So this may be more helpful in the long run than anticipated.
