Transactional replication question

    Hi all,

    I'm testing transactional replication on my laptop.

    I'm not able to understand as to why I'm able to add/drop columns to the articles and replicate these changes to the subscriber when I have set "Replicate schema changes" to False in the publication properties?

    I'd really appreciate your help.

    Sorry guys.

    I think I was too quick to post this but just read on BOL that ALTER TABLE..DROP COLUMN command is always replicated to its subscribers even if the we disable the replication.

    Got the answer.
