report timeout

    Hello,

    I get a timeout after 10 mins on a report.

    In site settings the option is set to report does not time out.

    Question:

    What setting on the report should be changed to avoid this timeout please?

    There is also a timeout setting for the dataset oon the report which is set to 0 and not sure what it means when showing 0. Should this be changed for this purpose please?

    Any other thoughts please?

    Try to run the query behind this report in Management Studio and check how much time it takes to get the results.How many records this report will get from query? 10 minutes is really a long time, try to change the query if it is possible.
