HI All,
I am not able to uninstall sql server 2008 R2 from my windows server 2008 the installer is throwing the error "Unable to perform unauthorized operation." and in logs some registry keys exception are coming
and one more error regarding sqlengine_validate_cpu_64 not able to perform action is coming.
Please let me know if any of you have faced this scenario and how you resolved it.

At first sight it seems to be a permission issue.
Are you administrator on the machine?

I would try uninstalling using any Administrator accounts you have, preferably the one used for the initial install.
If that doesn't work, you can try deleting the Microsoft SQL Server folder and registry keys, but I'm not sure I trust a server after that.
I once had a Production Windows 2003 Custer (2 servers) with a broken SQL 2005 instance that could not be repaired, uninstalled or re-installed, even with Microsoft Tech Support remoted in. Unfortunately the answer was to reformat both C: drives and start over with the OS. That was the worst week of my career.
