I was able to install the 32 bit Oracle Client on a Server without any issues.
When I attempt to install the Oracle 64 bit the installation fails the Prerequisite Free Space:
Free Space: MyServer:C:\Users\wcorgi\AppData\Local\Temp\1 - This is a prerequisite condition to test whether sufficient free space is available in the file system.
What do I need to change to get around this issue?

I have resolved the issue. Someone copy a SQL Server Installation into that folder.

I attempt to install the 64 bit version after installing and removing the 32 bit version due to a bug and I get the space error again.
