Hi.
I need to track changes made to reports; when they were created, changed, deleted, moved to another folder in Report Manager, and so on. My first thought was to use Change Data Capture on the ReportServer database, but I can't tell which tables in there store reports or on which tables to capture change data and how to interpret what's in that database in general. Is CDC the best way to go? If so, can someone please help me understand what it needs to monitor? Or is there another approach that is better suited to accomplish this?
Thanks

Hi,
For performing an easy auditing of the changes that are done in the SQL Server or database objects regarding create, alter, drop, I can recommend you to try in a Lepide's tool which has the ability to perform such operations easily. It tells the information regarding who, what, when, where for all the changes that are done in whether the Database objects or in SQL Server objects. To know more functions you can try and test this tool.
