Hi,
The report you want for that is included in this reporting pack for SQL 2005.
SQL Server 2005 Performance Dashboard Reports
You can use google to find a 2008 version if you need it, although if memory serves me right, there is no 2008 version but you can modify this one to work with 2008.

No need for a custom install...
That is a standard report provided within SSMS...right-click your database, select Reports, Standard Reports and the Disk Usage by Top Tables report.

No need for a custom install...That is a standard report provided within SSMS...right-click your database, select Reports, Standard Reports and the Disk Usage by Top Tables report.
and run profiler whilst you do it and you will get a sql script you can use at will.
