Index Rebuild

    I have to kill Index Rebuild process due to space issues, does this cause any corruption in database?

    While anything is possible, No.

    Is this a non-clustered index?

    Yes Its a non clustered index.How can we avoid to increase the log growth.However, log backup is scheduled to run every 10 mins.

    You can't govern the log file growth - this is a logged operation. How "wide" is the index? i.e. How many columns are in it and how many are in the include?
