Cluster validation - Active/passive

    I setup two nodes (node1 and node2 ) as active/passive clustered server. When I run the falilover cluster validation, I get below when validating network communication:

    Node NODE2 is reachable from Node NODE1 by only one pair of interfaces. It is possible

    that this network path is a single point of failure for communication within the cluster. Please verify that

    this single path is highly available or consider adding additional networks to the cluster.

    ** Note: The ping is successful from both servers

    I also get

    Multiple adapters on node node2 have addresses on the same subnet.

    Is this OK? I can failover from one server to another successfully.

    you have 2 adapters connected to the same network range, is teaming an option. You should have at least one adapter connected to a separate heartbeat network.
