need to extract column data which itself has column delimeter in it

  My flat file has row like below...

  Column1,Column2,Column3,Column4,Column5

  null,1,abc:*1(def mnp,OperationID,OperationType,AdditionalInfo)|(1000,4059999,999,NULL),null,null

  the Column3 should hav data as

  "abc:*1(def mnp,OperationID,OperationType,AdditionalInfo)|(1000,4059999,999,NULL),"

  Can any one help me on this pls am new to SSIS
