    Rather hard to assist you ... what were you attempting to do execute a T-SQL statement, using SSMS or ? ?

    Please explain in greater detail what you attempted, that produced this error.

    If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

    Looks like a corruption issue.

    Can you post [relevant parts of] your sqlserver log?

    Looks like a severely corrupted file, and that's a very bad error.

    Can you describe the complete scenario and any errors that you're having.
