Hi, I've designed a basic SQL RS 2008 R2 report that gives the user a drop down list (parameter) from which they can select multiple store numbers. The query works fine but shows one row per page when I preview it. If I remove the page break option in the group properties, it then lists all on one page but puts a header between each row!! I'd like to display all the rows on one page - with NO headers inbetween. Can you help?? Thanks in advance.

The problem is the way you formatted your tablix
Your Header row is probably within the Group.
You can tell this by looking at the tablix and see the ( on the left side. (in the grey part before the first Column)
right click on the Row Group definition, and select Add Total -->Before. nad put your header titles there.

Thanks, tried that, but now when i preview I get the error....'the tablix has an invaled tablixmember. It must have the same value set for the RepeatOnNewPage property as those following or preceeding the dynamic TablixMember'

Have now found and amended this. The settings should all have been False, one was true. I changed them all to true (as the report was expecting)....BUT it still shows headers for each row!
