SQL Server analysis report

    Hi,

    I need help building a SQL Server installation, database, IO, ... report.

    I ran DMV queries and some parts of sp_Blitz from Brent Ozar but I've never made a report with the information from them and other additional information and recommendations.

    Can anyone help me on this? Is there any "template" or site I can look at and get ideas?

    Ever heard of things like for example : SQL Server 2008’s Management Data Warehouse ?

    Nevertheless...there's especially a report for sp_Blitz...you can download it here!

    But I meant a report in word format with information about the server, configurations, etc...
