I have cubes which have dimesions. We have total 5 levels in hierachy and we have 2 users to access the cubes
user A and B. Both have same Roles and rights.
Now the issue is that when user A access the cube he is able to see upto level 4 in excel sheel even after
selecting level 5. But User B can see all the level( upto level 5 which is last level) in same sheet and with same
datasource.
I am not able to understand what is the matter since both users have same roles on all the objects.
Is there any setting in excel or we are missing something.?

Do they belong to different Roles? Sounds like the 2 users have explicit permissions in the cube to access certain data....

no they have same roles.
