Hi All
I am in the process of setting up AlwayOn and combining a failover clustered instance of SQL Server
I have 3 nodes ServerA, ServerB, ServerC
Each server has the following local drive storage.
C: = 80GB
In addition, ServerA and ServerB have the following shared LUNs attached from a SAN - For Database files
M: = 500GB
N: = 500GB
ServerA,B & C are joined to the same cluster
ServerA & ServerB together make up a SQl Clustered instance called sqlcluster1
ServerC has a nonclustered instance on SQL Installed
I will be setting up an AG between sqlcluster1 and ServerC
Regarding DTC - Does DTC need to be able to failover to ServerC? Does the disk dedicated to DTC need to be presented to ServerC as well?
Thanks
