I have a report that shows the scroll bar, at the bottom of the screen, in Visual Studio.. but when I deploy to the web, it only shows what fits on the screen.. depending on the width you have sized the window for. It all exports to excel, so how do I get the web page to put a scroll bar under the report?

Try out the SizeToReportContent and AsynchRendering properties.
edit: these are ReportViewer properties. I'm not really sure how you are viewing the report on the web?

Those settings I mentioned are for the ReportViewer control in .NET.
