  The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 (2012-05-22T14:10:12). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay for abcd@xyz.com). )

  I'm not a SMTP person but it sounds like the SMTP server isn't properly configured to act a relay for DatabaseMail.

  Hi,

  Also check the SMTP port 25 has to open from your server to SMTP Server...
