I'm trying to disable the email notification that I originally set up in the Job Properties of a SQL Server Agent job. I have unchecked the 'email' box, but still receive emails. Any thoughts?

Look once again that the box is unchecked - And recycle the SQL Server Agent if it was indeed unchecked.

Thanks for your reply. I ended up re-creating the job. The box was unchecked, but I kept getting the email message. Re-creating it worked, but it wasn't a good solution. What do you mean by 'recycle' the SQL Server Agent?

Stop and Start SQL Server Agent.
I think there is actually an option to RESTART if you right clink on SQL Server Agent as well.
