Hi All
Is it possible to change the recovery model of a log-shippped DB from Recovery to Standy mode and vice versa using a script?

yes you can change the restoration mode from norecovery to standby but while restoring the subsequent log file you have mention the option of standby.

If you have space in the secondary server, I would advice you to go for snapshot database using the log shipped database. Snapshot databases are very usefull for mirrored and log shipped database.

Are you wanting to switch roles on your primary and secondary log ship servers?
