I am in the process on trying to convert a bunch of our monthly reports from Excel Spreadsheets to SSRS reports. I have attached a picture of what I am trying to go from and what I have currently have in SSRS.
The top is Excel, I have everything in my query and new report except for the graphing. Is this even possible? I can add a bar graph instead to the report, but I don't think I can get the % to Goal column on the graph or can I?
Thanks for any pointers or help.

I ended up continuing to mess with this through lunch and got my Chart to do what I needed. But it does bring up a second question now. Is it possible to keep the size of the series the same no matter how many people are on the list?
We have 4 teams that I am going to be outputting this report for and they range in size from 8 members down to 3 currently. The team with 3 has these large bars that graph out their numbers. I would like them to all be the same size.
Now to fine tune colors and such to keep the marketing folks happy.... 🙂

Guess I should have kept playing before replying to my own post, for others here is the answer on the sizing:
Click on the Series in your chart, select Custom Attributes and there is a MaxPixels property. Set that to whatever number you want, and it will only be that big. I think PointWidth also has something to do with it, default value for it is 0.8.
Sorry for the noise, but I learned something. Hopefully someone else might also.
