Did you try any search engine before posting the question? I just used Google on the phrase " An error occurred while executing batch. Error message is: The directory name is invalid" and found lots of articles that explain about it and what to do in order to fix the situation. If you did try some of those steps, pleas write it, so other people reading your message won't write you to do the same thing again.

Hi Adi,
Yes, i am search in google most of the comments are not select the database, path is not correct, etc....
So i mention you clearly when i use "Result is in TEXT" it's working but when i use "Result is in GRID" not working....
Please understand i am not simply adding the topic.....

Here is a post that looks similar to your post http://claysql.blogspot.com/2011/06/sql-server-error-occurred-while.html"> http://claysql.blogspot.com/2011/06/sql-server-error-occurred-while.html . Although the poster did not write that it has no error message when switches to text mode, he does write that it started happening after he deleted temporary tables. I would try to do as he wrote.
