how do you turn off the e-mail notifications that alert you when someone posts a reply to a topic that you've active in?

At the bottom of every email message is this text:
You can unsubscribe from topics at anytime from your control or the following link...
http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/TopicSubscriptions1.aspx
You may need to manually copy & paste the URL into the address bar of your browser if the text above is not linked. Please watch for the URL wrapping onto 2 lines.

Well, I need to unsubscribe from "the thread" aka are the posted questions getting worse because I landed a new job and have to check personal email via a cell phone now. With 25 plus posts a day from that one thread, im having trouble getting my emails.
So ive gone thru THE FIRST 59 PAGES of my topic subscriptions, as well as the last 40 pages. I cannot find it, and posted long ago that a topic unsubscribe link in the notification email would help.
I cant seem to see what order the topics appear in, its not last posted by me or last contributed by any poster
Steve can you help unsubscribe me from that one topic and leave the other eight thousand ive participated in. What about a link in the email in the future.?
Thanks for any help you can give!
Lowell
