How to grant db_dtsadmin role?

Hello all!
I'm sorry for this question, but i really don't understand something very simple.
I want to grant someone db_dtsadmin role in SQL 2008 STD. The problem is i can't find db_dtsadmin role under MSDB Database Roles.
What i'm doing wrong?

I am assuming that you are looking for db_ssisadmin. Of what I can tell over the top of my head, 2008 should use the db_ssisadmin whereas 2005 should use db_dtsadmin. I could be wrong on this, but in general, it should have the same effect.

Like I suspected, what you are looking for is a role that was available in SQL Server 2005.
