We have a .NET application encountered following error this morning:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake(provider:SSL Provider,error:0-The client and server cannot communicate, becuase they don't possess a common algorithm)
After try one more 1 mins, it could work successfully. I have checked no SSL used and No forced encryption. Also couldn't see any error from Web server and DB Server. Can someone give advices? Thanks in advance.

I don't think this is an issue with your SQL Server, if you haven't already done it enable .net tracing and see of that gives more details

Thanks for the reply. Can you show me how to enable .NET tracing. Our application is not a Web application, it is a client application published with Citrix.

Think this is what you need http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ty48b824.aspx what are you using to publish application is Citrix? If its AppV and you have lots of applications ensure you have this deployed in 64bit.
