Is there any optimized / repair command require for database to increase a performance ???

Dont think there are commands to optimize database performance, but there are metnhodologies at verious level to improve performance whcih you can look up MSDN or performance article's here in forum.

Nope. Sorry, nothing but hard work in front of you to make a database run faster. Check out my book on query tuning.
Or, you can buy really big servers. Throwing money at the problem frequently helps, but not always.

Monster.com, Ladders.com, etc...
You need a professional if you need heavy duty perfomance tuning.
That said, weekly maintenance for statistics and reindexing can help a lot and you may want to explore those before you look to hire a high-end professional.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.
