SQL View into Excel 2010 - enter criteria within Excel?

  Hello all

  I have a SQL view linked into an Excel sheet.

  I was wondering if it is possible to programme a macro that would allow you to choose criteria in Excel and will then extract the view with the entered criteria.

  For example: by entering a month in a cell in Excel, the SQL datasource will extract only records in that month.

  Does that sound possible?
