SQL server 2008 comes with the feature of Policy/condition/facet.
I don't think I make much of use of it.
What do you commonly setup and used Policy in your company as DBA or Database developer ?
Thanks

I've set some policies based around db settings like auto-shrink, auto-growth, etc. Have a look at this if your looking for a good reason to set some policies;

I tend to use PBM for server and database settings like xp_cmdshell is disabled and that no databases are trustworthy and what their minimum growth is and whether it is % or MB. I also like one that indicates whether all databases have been backed up in the last 25 hours.
It is also possible to force compliance with naming standards although I haven't done that one.
