please advice me what is the actual difference between union all and full outer joins?
i know its simple question for masters but not for beginners.
please help me!!

You should practice then. Try looking up "UNION" and "JOIN" in Books Online and discover the instant wealth of information available with no waiting. C'mon... It'll be fun! 😀
