2008 sql server x64 problems with x32 excel

  When I try to 'open' @xls files, they return an Error code

  -2146827284

  I cannot retrieve any xls information.

  When I changed to x64 I had errors with retrieving numbers from excel. How may I fix this?

  How are you trying to open them? SSIS? A linked server?

  You're most likely going to need to get the 64 bit version of the ACE driver.
