Need more time execute current Year(2012) data???

  Hi Friends,

  I have problem with my database.

  I have 10 years record in my Database.

  till year 2011 i did not face any slow execution.

  from 2012 whenever i fetch current year(2012) data the execution time delayed.

  what i need to do in my database.

  Please give me your suggestions please.
