  I am setting up some new sql 2008 R2 server and there will be atleast 5-6 clients on each servers.

  Now my ldf and mdf will go on a separate drives and all Tempdb files go on a seperate disk. Now i do not know what should be the initial size of my TempDB and what it should be set to in terms of grow option. Please guide here.

  NOTE: TempDB has 4 files and the smallest databases is 50 Gb and the largest is around 120 GB.
