Recently i had seen the following in many SQL Server forums

I am not sure what does the above statement but would like to know from your side

Another way I've used it is to construct an XML document for passing into a SP, although if I were to do it over again I might use delimited strings instead.
My thought question: Have you ever been told that your query runs too fast?
My advice:
INDEXing a poor-performing query is like putting sugar on cat food. Yeah, it probably tastes better but are you sure you want to eat it?
