Set static port while installing SQL Server

  Hi,

  I'm installing SQL Server 2008 R2 and want to know whether we can configure sql server to listen on a specific static port?

  Our networks enabled a port 12345 for sql server and use that port only.

  How to configure that?

  Use the SQL server configuration manager to specify the port SQL is listening on.
