Automation of SQL activities in Sharepoint

  • I have a environment where customer base is more approx you can say 500+

All our team needs to manage using regular practices. But we found a solution using sharepoint user will do the basic activities like backup, recovery, reporting etc.

    Did anyone have implemented.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

  • If you want an answer, you should post the name of the solution you found and ask for reviews.

There are several third party tools and not everyone knows them all by heart.

  • Your first post said you already found a solution and you wanted reviews.

Is that not what you want?

  • Lots of people automate those processes. If you would like your processes reviewed (with us giving advice on how to improve them), you need to post those processes and any relevant DDL / code / sample data to this thread so we can give you the assistance you need.

Right now, I'm working on nothing. I don't know your environment, except that I know it's different from mine, so I can't give you anything that will be meaningful.
