Hi,
I'm using a ssis package which starts several stored procedures.
I use a sql task per stored procedure and I write a line in a seperate log file before and after every procedure.
So for so good, but when I check the timestamps on the inserted log file entries and the transactions done in the several stored procs, there's something strange going on...
The transactions in the stored procedures are made after the "end procedure" logfile entry!!!???
For instance:
Logfile entry: Start Metadata refresh : 01:01:01
End Metadata refresh: 01:25:00
Metadata table, creationdate : 02:35:00
Any ideas?
Regards,
/Jan

How do you write the logfiles?
Do you use a logging provider that logs events?
