i get abackup from a database and restor on another pc . how can compare main database with restored database on another pc?
is any device to compare two database until every rows on tables?

Just so you know, SQL Compare from Red Gate Software[/url], can even compare a live database to a backup file. You don't even have to restore the database to make these checks.
