Hi,
How events log are beneficially for DBAs. I Can understand it is more beneficially for systems engineers. If i think DBAs point of view, we get all information in error log file related to SQL then what information does not get logged in error log file and logged in events log.

System errors and events. (and no, those aren't just for the system administrators to look at)

SQL's messages are logged in both. System messages only in the system event log.
