My company is moving from infomaker to SSRS and I'm interested in finding out best practice for developing reports when multiple developers exist in organization.
Does one create a single project which everyone uses or each should use it's on? What is done in your organization? What is being stored in the database?
If project is deleted can one recover from deployed report? The better question is how does one clean up the mess ?
What thing should I be aware of and what to avoid.
Thank you all for your help.

You may have one or multiple projects, it depends.
Reports, Stored Procedures, Functions etc. should be checked in and out of a Source Control Program.
