  Hi Experts,

  I have question with respect to applying service pack in sql server.If I say we have sp1,sp2&sp3 for sql server 2005 the what the best way to patch sql server :-

  Do we need to apply sp1 then followed by sp2 and sp3 or we can directly applying sp3?

  My understanding is if we applying sp3 directly then it will fix all bugs which were included in sp1 & sp2.

  Confirmed. You don't need SP1 and SP2.
