Hi All,
I'm playing around with a Central Management Server created under a SQL2012 named instance. I've registered a group which contains 3 development servers all running 2008 R2 (all 4 instances are enterprise).
On one of the 2008R2 servers I have an "on demand" policy to check all databases to ensure that they are set to Simple Recovery Model.
The problem is that when I try to evaluate the policy using the CMS no Policies appear. The policy is fine when connecting to the server manually.
Does anyone have any ideas why it wouldn't be showing in the CMS?
Cheers,
EDIT: Apologies - I thought I had posted this in the general forum not TSQL 🙂
